How do u eat it? Just like that or with sauce, mayo, salt, pepper etc?

Like to know how to make it a little more apealling without increasing the calories

Yeah wife and I use to always boil our chicken when dieting for a show. We used alot of Mustard to help give it some spice, lmao. And im not a big fan of mustard but when ur dieting hard , it makes the mustard taste so damn good, lol

I been boiling my chicken for the last few weeks and I put BBQ sauce on it.. I will have to try it with mustard I love that shit..

i'm not gonna lie, i boiled right on the bone, skin and all.....just a little season salt in the water....boil up a bag, then i'll use the stock to make stew/soup later.....greasy as hell, but tastes so good......

I find it better to steam it in a pan with a lid, and like a half inch of water, adding water as it evaporates, and mustard is a great choice if not wanting fat, bbq sauce is terrible, and no need to add salt to chicken as its loaded with sodium already

haha its cool bro just check out the nutritional facts and keep in mind that its alot harder for the body to get rid of carbs than fat, and that mustard doesnt really have anyint except some sodium

I cook 7lbs at a time in the crockpot. Then I mix in mesquite spices and I forget what type of BBQ sauce. Works out perfect for me, no fat and I need the sugar for carbs along with my other carb sources for my insulin.
