Does anyone do deadlifts and bent over barbell rows in the same workout? I've only done them together once and my lower back was really sore the next few days. So, I've tried to do them on alternating back workouts.
 
I just did them the other day together, doesn't really bother me, but I guess I'm used to them
 
I do them same day too. I don't usually go over 2 plates on bent over rows though so I'm not using a ton of weight.
 
I will try to work towards doing them together once I feel like my lower back is getting stronger.
 
I do them both the same day too.. I'm use to lower back problems.. But now my back is strong as hell.. but it dose suck being tall and trying to do dead lifts..
 
I can't do them on the same day. My lower back is very well developed, but I've been having issues as of late. My Dr sent me to get an MRI last Monday.

I've never done this but I should probably give it a shot to help strengthen my lower back. And yes it does SUCK being tall and doing dead lifts!
