Puffy face

Just over a month in on a test e only cycle and my face has started to get really puffy! Is this normal? I am up 15 lbs since I started this cycle and so far this is the only problem I have come across.

thats alot of weight in one month brutha! And yes thats totaly normal regarding your having a moon face just over a month on test e.

I hate it so much! I refuse to let my wife take my picture when im moon faced as it looks like it adds 60lbs TO MY PHOTOS, yuck!

Yea man, it's completely normal, it's mostly just water weight anyway, but it'll work itself out in the end of the cycle

Ever try propianate? Are you keeping your salt intake low?

as Surv said, im sure its highsodium intake. . arimidex will help some with that bloat.

Haha I tried to delete this thread because I'm a bit embarrassed. That said I haven't really watch my sodium intake. But I'm not dumping salt on anything either. And I'm not sure why I'm gaining weight so fast. Maybe it's because I'm eating like a freak nasty. Sometimes I feel like I eat to much.

Not a big worry bro., lots a good water to flush more water outa the body and just keep eye on sodium which of course messes with bloodpressure. How old are you? In the day I was under 30 I got some cheeks too . Now older never really do..Some people swear by lecithin supplementation for lowering of Bp if high.

Bro I HIGHLY recommend Nolva Bloat for this. It's cheap as hell and won't interfere with gains. It will bond to the estrogen receptors that are causing the face bloat though. The stuff is worth it's weight in GOLD for those of us that get very self conscious about our faces.

Oh yeah, well have you ever injected your puffy cheeks with an empty syringe and try to pull out the water so you looked good for a dinner party that night?

Yeah that would top mine..... but you didn't do it!!! Before seeing how well Nolva Bloat worked I would put Preparation H on my cheeks if I knew I was going out!!! Yeah ass cream on the cheeks!!
