heres the deal fellas im overseas and im losing fat weight which is good but need to build back up bulk. the food is very limited and fucken disgusting boiled everything. im using dymatize elite whey in am befoer lunch and before workout and casein before bed normal shit. The problem is the food sucks! theres chicken, fish grose but theres fish, salad and pretty much a lot of fried bullshit. i try and stay away from it but i am eat lots of veggies what can i do to pick back up wieght we only get fed certain hours three times a day im sick of the fish chicken salad is old. WHAT SHOULD I BE EATING AND HOW MUCH workouts twice daily. i can order damn near anything. well suggestions? mentoring appreciated. im was 220 5'10 now 214 but losing fat! im only 12 percent or so anyways. i know there are lots of factors but advice few text backs im sure with all this knowledge on here ill get the right help. thanks
