Diet help!!

heres the deal fellas im overseas and im losing fat weight which is good but need to build back up bulk. the food is very limited and fucken disgusting boiled everything. im using dymatize elite whey in am befoer lunch and before workout and casein before bed normal shit. The problem is the food sucks! theres chicken, fish grose but theres fish, salad and pretty much a lot of fried bullshit. i try and stay away from it but i am eat lots of veggies what can i do to pick back up wieght we only get fed certain hours three times a day im sick of the fish chicken salad is old. WHAT SHOULD I BE EATING AND HOW MUCH workouts twice daily. i can order damn near anything. well suggestions? mentoring appreciated. im was 220 5'10 now 214 but losing fat! im only 12 percent or so anyways. i know there are lots of factors but advice few text backs im sure with all this knowledge on here ill get the right help. thanks
 
i would say workout once a day, and you can try boiled eggs since they boil everything but other than that you will just have to suck it up and put down the protein if you expect to gain some mass.

and losing fat is a good thing keep doing that but try and gain a little muslce along the way.
 
i take dymatize once in am once before workout and casein before bed should i take more? im working my butt in the gym normally 6 excercises 4-5 sets 8-10 reps and change it up each week still 5-6 excercises but change reps each week normally 12-10-8-12-10-8 thats how i structure weeks. im working out mon-sat sun off. im gettting there and goal is still to be 8-10% body fat. i eat clean egg whites in am with hard boiled. im tryen to see what diets guys are on to see how i can get close to them while im here. basically asking for diet plans that work for mass and cutting i can get close to some so if anyone has a good diet plan it would be really helpful thanks.
 
i dont drink more than 2 shakes a day. i think you maybe over training muscles try doing one major muscle a week. if you are getting 200 grams of protein a day i wouldnt think thats the problem
 
im sorry i dont have the greatest diet but if you are spending over an hour and half in the gym twice a day that could be over training. try some kind of nuts in between meals
 
appreciate it no i spend about an hour each session, cardio in mornings then one muscle group a day. im putting up great gains what do you reccomend for a work out a split or.. thanks guys the more feedback the better im learning still humble enough to take advice. im rocken it though im getten there nothing is overnight jsut harder earned over here. appreciate it always open to other options and workouts.
 
im eating like a horse which is good, shakes so im doing all the right shit. the cardio i do isnt to intense its just to cut fat. so in the words of joe dirt ill keep on keepen on!!! maybe just pack more food in those 3 meals more fish oats and shit i have to cut the freaken sweets out, damn that candy.

seem like a cool guy but honestly i cant be more of a help some other members i hope can be more help for you. training to me seems right so maybe it is lack of protein so some snacks between meals could help with that. also might want to lower reps and higher weight i do it in winter when bulking. try 5 exercises with 4 sets on first 12,10,8,6 reps and then 3 sets with the rest 10,8,6 reps or even less reps maybe 8,6,4
 
ok ill give it a shot i mix it up every week. thanks ill give it a shot this week. i have minimal weights im using 100lbs dbs for all big lifts thats as high as i have lol. 315 of free weights no machines so im mixen it up. trx body weight in there and weds is legs day i am putting up 816lb press 4 sets 8-10 not bad but machine is limited to 18 plates sso lol im tryen for 1500 at least once i have good form thats all i practice, if its sht i drop weight. doin with what i have and squats 365-405 4 sets 8-10 thats rough lol hate legs day. like i said 5'10" 214 now , i want be 220-235. ill get there im hoping to put on the size but i keep get diff stories on how to bulk if i should go do two 8% body fat and build up or start just bulking then cut it all. i will be overseas til end of sept so hopen to get it to where i want to be by then, im sure its possible. just need which route to take go to 8% then bulk or bulk then go to 8%. arms are 17in, chest 48, neck 17 1/2 waist is 34-36. i want to have 20in arms 52-55in chest an waist maybe 32-34 i guess. thoughts? looking for mentorship.
