I am currently trying to re-invent my training routine again. I do this about every few weeks to avoid slumps and to keep stimulating the muscle group being trained. I am currently entertaining training one body part per day to avoid over training and excessive fatigue. My routine is as follows.
Monday Back
Tuesday chest
Wednesday Legs or if im really tired I take it off. My legs are not a week point.
Thursday Shoulders
Friday Arms
I do cardio and abs 3 times a week. (but you would never know it) haha.
I like to go heavy one week then light the next week. Anybody with any good suggestions would be appreciated. I love to learn and apply it to my training.
