Training slumps

I am currently trying to re-invent my training routine again. I do this about every few weeks to avoid slumps and to keep stimulating the muscle group being trained. I am currently entertaining training one body part per day to avoid over training and excessive fatigue. My routine is as follows.
Monday Back
Tuesday chest
Wednesday Legs or if im really tired I take it off. My legs are not a week point.
Thursday Shoulders
Friday Arms

I do cardio and abs 3 times a week. (but you would never know it) haha.
I like to go heavy one week then light the next week. Anybody with any good suggestions would be appreciated. I love to learn and apply it to my training.
 
I like to my leg day before my chest day i feel i get a better chest workout i feel so much stronger and pump up for some reason. But what works for me might not work for you.

really , i never will do legs before chest, just cause i feel like its harder to pull the blood back up to my chest if its all down there in my pumped up swull legs.

yes i have done it chest before legs but for some reason i feel stronger and my pump. I cant explain it but even in pics u can tell the difference its nuts. I ask the doctor he look at me like am nut lol.

dude, everyone knows that monday is international bench day.

I train my back on Monday because I feel it is one of my weaker points and I want to hit it hard after two days off.
