Anybody here use a TENS unit at all? My girl got one due to her car accident, and I've been playing with it. I put it on my forearms Wednesday and today I feel like I did a thousand reverse wrist curls. I feel like I got a workout from hell.

nope never used one but heard very good things about it for pain relief...trying to get my wife to have a look at it....dont see why you cant use it for muscle stimulation instead of pain..

It's fun to fuck with. When I was in Jr high my Mom had one and we did dares w it lol

yes ive got one whar you want to knoow about it? its very helpful for strains. i have it for when i bbrooke my radiul head and had surgery in my elbow.

I've used it for pain management. It works wonders for killing pain. It uses a principle called Pain Gating. It a really helpful tool. I used it to rehab my bicep and I've used it to heal really bad shin splints.

Its a machine that sends small waves thru the skin in to surrounding tissue that may be damaged, you put either 2 or 4 diodes on near the affected area and adjust the power to either weak to strong....it makes the tendon/muscles kind ot twitch and alledgely soothes the area. I've used them and had some sucess, they do keep droping in price. Its used for tendonitits and bursitius among other conditions.

Many yrs ago my friend bought a EMS machine (not sure what difference is) and he stuck it on my forearm and slowly increased the power until I was shaking in pain. He just laughed, the sick bastard LOL

I've used it on my legs, arms, shoulders, chest, and Abs. I think the most fun and funny part is the forearms. It curls your fingers up like a cripple. Lol I like it on my quads, too. My legs get all deformed.

I used one when I hurt my back years ago with limited results. Never thought to try it on my forearms.
