Push day.
Felt real tired today. Didn't get much sleep the night before and had a busy day at work. Not an excuse because I still got in the gym and gave it all I had.
Chest:
Incline barbell- 95x15, 135x15, 185x12, 205x8, 225x3, 135x15
Flat bench- 135x15, 185x8, 225x4...then I put on the Slingshot by Mark Bell and did 2 set of 275x3. Took the slingshot off and did a set of 135 for 15. I was very disappointed with the weight I put up today on flat bench.
Hammer strength decline single arm sitting sideways- 45x15, 70x15, 90x12, 115x8
Incline DB flys super set with DB presses. For the presses I touch the DBs together at the end of the fly and press them close together- 30x10 for both fly and presses, 40x10 for flys/30 for 10 for press, 50 for 10 for flys/30 for 10 for press.
Delts:
Seated military press- 45x15, 95x10, 115x10, 135x8
DB front lateral raise- 15x20, 20x20, 25x15, 30x12, 35x10
Side lateral raise- 15x20, 20x20, 25x15, 30x10, 35x8
Cable side lateral raise- 15x15, 20x12, 25x10, 30x8
Reverse pec deck- 80x20, 100x15, 120x12, 140x10, 160x6
Reverse DB Flys- 20x20, 30x15, 35x10, 40x8, 15x25
Triceps:
Tricep cable push down super set with ez curl bar- 80x10, 90x10, 100x10, 110x10
For these ill do 10 reps regular grip then super set it for 10 reps reverse grip.
Standing body dips- 12, 10, 10, 10
Tricep push down machine- 50x20, 75x12, 100x10
