Yup I get them from time to time in random places. They are gross for sure. Sometimes hey need to be lanced. I'm taking antibiotics for it right now

Today was my leg day and as expected the gym was packed. I had to get in where I could and rearrange my training. Just because a machine isn't open when you need it, doesn't mean you can skip it...or at least that how I feel lol.

Hammer strength iso leg extension(single leg)- 25x15, 35x15, 50x12, 60x10

Hack slide machine- 135x12, 185x12, 225x10, 275x10

Single leg press- 2 plates x 12, 4 plates x 12, 6 plates x 10

Double leg press- 10 plates x 15, 12 plates x 12, 14 plates x 10, 16 plates x 8

Seated leg curl- 50x15, 70x15, 90x12, 110x10

Standing single leg curl- 25x15, 50x12, 75x10, drop set with 75, 50 and 25x8 reps each

FINALLY A SQAUT RACK OPENED UP!!!
But by this time I'm pretty gassed

Front squats- 95x12, 135x10, 185x8, 225x5, 135x10

Back squats- 135x10x4 sets nice and slow with a pause at the bottom.

Now back to finish hamstrings

Stuff leg deadlifts- 135x10, 185x7, 275x6

Calves:

Seated calf raises- 90x20, 135x20, 180x16x2 sets

Donkey calf raises- 260x20, 300x15, 360x12, 400x12

I like to throw in 3 ab workouts on my non push days if at all possible

Rotary torso machine- 50 pounds x 10 reps each side for 3 sets

Weighted ab crunch machine- 120 pounds x 20 reps for 3 sets

Leg raises- 3 sets of 10

Finally finished up with 35 minutes on the stairs and let me tell you after legs it's a bitch

I've been getting more and more lately. HUGE underground oil knots. I stab them with a syringe but they are honey comb shaped under the skin. How do you prevent them?

Got my results back and according to the test my levels are low. Sucks that testosterone is all it measured. I thought I would measure much more. For my on cycle test I will drive the hour and a half to get a lab md test.

Day off from the gym today. Just focused on hitting my macros and prepping my meals for tomorrow. Here's what I'll be eating.

The chicken with no rice I eat with 2 carb balance mission tortillas. The macros are really good on them 13 carbs each with 9 of those being fiber.

The past meal is one serving of wheat elbows, 8oz of ground turkey and a serving of past sauce from HEB. Total macros for the meal is 585cal 50p 47c 18f

I'll also being needing more fats so first thing in the morning I will eat an ounce of almonds.

I will also be drinking a post workout shake with almond mil and a scoop of BPI Iso-HD

Push day.

Felt real tired today. Didn't get much sleep the night before and had a busy day at work. Not an excuse because I still got in the gym and gave it all I had.

Chest:

Incline barbell- 95x15, 135x15, 185x12, 205x8, 225x3, 135x15

Flat bench- 135x15, 185x8, 225x4...then I put on the Slingshot by Mark Bell and did 2 set of 275x3. Took the slingshot off and did a set of 135 for 15. I was very disappointed with the weight I put up today on flat bench.

Hammer strength decline single arm sitting sideways- 45x15, 70x15, 90x12, 115x8

Incline DB flys super set with DB presses. For the presses I touch the DBs together at the end of the fly and press them close together- 30x10 for both fly and presses, 40x10 for flys/30 for 10 for press, 50 for 10 for flys/30 for 10 for press.

Delts:

Seated military press- 45x15, 95x10, 115x10, 135x8

DB front lateral raise- 15x20, 20x20, 25x15, 30x12, 35x10

Side lateral raise- 15x20, 20x20, 25x15, 30x10, 35x8

Cable side lateral raise- 15x15, 20x12, 25x10, 30x8

Reverse pec deck- 80x20, 100x15, 120x12, 140x10, 160x6

Reverse DB Flys- 20x20, 30x15, 35x10, 40x8, 15x25

Triceps:

Tricep cable push down super set with ez curl bar- 80x10, 90x10, 100x10, 110x10
For these ill do 10 reps regular grip then super set it for 10 reps reverse grip.

Standing body dips- 12, 10, 10, 10

Tricep push down machine- 50x20, 75x12, 100x10

35 minutes on the stairs

Meal prepped for tomorrow

Pretty much the same as yesterday except I'm doing 2 pasta meals instead of one. I really enjoy those and would eat them all meals of my fats would allow it lol.

For post workout shake I'm gonna go with almond milk and a scoop of MTS Nutrition Peanut Butter Fluff.

On the chicken and rice I'm going to put a little and I do mean a little BBQ sauce. I really like this Meyer's BBQ sauce and it's only 3 grams of carbs per 2 table spoons.

Too be honest I'm not really sure lol. I'll look next time I go.
I go to Sam's Club for my meats

5 pounds of 97/3 turkey is $12

The chicken breast tenderloins I get are $2.22 a pound and the range from 6-7 pounds.

So for both of those it's usually $25 I get about 2 of each a week so that about $50 on meat.

My carbs are fairly cheap between red potatoes and jasmine rice.

Sometime I get Alexis frozen sweet potatoes fries when I'm feeling lazy and those are about $3 a pack.

Haha yea I do. Going on 4 years and a 14 month old together. Truth be told she really hates all of this(the constant training, eating healthy and getting lean) . She hates the attention on getting from girls now and will always make comments about my "gym hoes".. She always tell me "just remember who was down for you when you were fat" [emoji23]
