Don’t I know it!! I’ve been working around pain and chronic injuries for 20 years.
But, that’s no reason to slow down!!
IMO you need to work on body maintenance. we all do
that means stretching mobility etc.
look into hot yoga and tai chi. those help with both

Hey Everyone,

It’s been a hot minute.
Thanks all for the past advice (2018 TKR thread, etc).
I have a question: In my situation, will I likely see a significant reduction in joint pain if I switch out my Tren stack for a Deca/ Test stack? I’m also interested in thoughts on efficacy. Other than Tren making me horny, will I see similar results in training?
Background:
I’m a 63 year-old male. 6’5”, 240lbs, 13.2%bf, nutrition on point. Been using AAS for about 15 years. I love my Tren/Mast/Test stacks. However, over the past few years my joints have taken a beating. Arthritis and years of training heavy. Consequently, I’ve got some significant joint pain.
I am also 10 weeks post op, recovering from a full quad rupture. I’ve read that Deca is good for tendon/ligament repair, as it increases collagen production.

So, bottom line: will Deca significantly improve my chronic joint pain?

I included the quad rupture pics for those interested.

Thanks,
Big Jim
Ouch

Any suggestions on a quality brand?
Also, did the MC store close? I don’t find the link anymore.

Thanks!!

Bro,
I don’t consider it a strategy. I just go through a 20-30 minute warmup, mobility drills, yoga & stretching. My coach programs any specific extras depending on how my body is feeling. He also programs and coaches me. I follow basic strength/powerlifting protocols, although squatting heavy is now a memory, along with some agility and balance training.
I’m Old school. Just pick a solid program and stay consistent.

It’s in my APP. Honestly, it would be redundant for me to repeat it all here. This is new also. I was never asked to do this before. Did the site get sold or something? I don’t see the MC store anymore.
@Big Mac MC store long ago closed brother

but why not share the log with us? you have it just past it and let the MC family talk to you and discuss your path
