He you go guys. 7 weeks out, at 243lbs. Im not sure where the extra weight came from. Cause in the middle of the week I was down to 237-238. Then friday, I carbs up pretty heavy to get some fullness back. Im happy with the look at this point. Still need to get that hard fat off my lower back, lower abs, and hams/glute area. But overall, im very confident that this will be one of my better looks.
 
You look great Chris. I can definately see a difference just from your last set of pics. You are coming in very nicely.

thank you bro. Im having some of the same issues as you did for your show. Lower back fat, I hate that. It must be an age thing..I dont remember it being so hard to lose when I was younger. any suggestions ?

I wish I did. I way over dieted and way over depleted and then couldn't fill out. A few hours after my first diuretic it was ALL gone. If I could do it over I would've stayed around 220lbs and experimented with diuretics at 6 weeks out to see what was fat and what was water. I found I still retained WATER in those areas despite taking nothing that retains water and anti E's and anti P's. I also wouldve tried the Preparation H in those areas. I got too crazy with the dieting and depleting that actually didnt look as lean as I was.
 
at 7 weeks out, you have quite a bit of detail in your back...I think that you'll be OK, plenty of time

u do look better than the last set of pics. Whats the cardio like right now?


cardio the past week was 25 mins 2 x a day. 5 x last week.

im going to up that this week, in the morning up to 35 mins to really starting bringing my bodyfat down.
 
Tomorrow is a week from these last pics, but whos counting,lmao. Any updates coming this week or next?
