The Show of Champions- its new NPC show that Betty Pariso is doing...
I have done her Southwest NPC show and she and her husband run a great show.
As I said, the abs worry me, things are coming into play and they come in last.
I gained more mass this season to offset them, but when it comes down to placements, abs will play a big role.
I can drink water again tomorrow.. tomorrow is carb up as well.

I drank my normal three gallons a day till Saturday evening.
I began limiting water on Sunday evening, and began my diuretic on Monday.
I drank no more than 16 Oz. Wed, Thu and Friday.
I also my carb depleting which I began several weeks back, where I limit my carbs to less than 100g a day. So talk about being a dick... I will increase my water and do my carb up day tomorrow.

That is the kicker.. I weighed 181 in those pics ... So this will be a big change this season. Everything is bigger as the judges wanted, so hopefully I can compensate for the shortfall I had last season. Endos really have a hard time getting it right... mesos have all the luck....

Thanks guys--- I will probably update this week or next.
I received my trunks- Vandella did an awesome job with the color but one fit was great, the other was not so I send both back . She promised quick turnaround. I am +20lbs this season from last so I missed the measurements some. I have some back up suits in case they don't get here in time. I am worn out as hell. I have little appetite but I know I have to eat and getting my ass up at 3:30am to get to the gym to do cardio and then again after work gets harder everyday. I need to order my tanning compounds this week, send off my contest application, etc. Then once the show is over, the next show is 8 weeks later, which means 8 more weeks of dieting.
I will however test the IGF for that next show- just did not have the time or funds for this show to fit it in. Anyway sorry for the rambling
