Here you go guys, a few pics taken at home in the evening. The legs are washed out some, but my upper looks decent.
weight is around 232-234lbs.

This week, i have upped my cardio in the morning. Doing 35-40 mins each day. Diet is pretty much the same for the most part. Lots of red meat, carbs are moderate around 200-250 grams per day. Nothing lower than 150 grams on my off days. Fats are still pretty moderate, whole eggs, and red meat is my main protein. With a some whey isolate.
so far everything is on track, imo...
