Hey guys here are two pics i took this morning right after training. I am 256lbs in them. I am trying to stay about 10-11 weeks out, (which I think i am a little behind on but I haven't done cardio in a week). Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated!!!

look good, just keep adding size every where.

I agree. This year I also tried to stay leaner as I gained and it seemed to work much better. Even though my calories are lower, I'm eating more good cuts of meat and less and less fast food crap.
 
Look good. Staying leaner is supposed to make the diet easier, I will let you know once I start how easy it actually is :). Nice pics!
 
I think you could be in great shape in 10-12 weeks...what are your goals right now ?

Chris-My main goal til I start my prep in the middle of summer is pure survival. LOL I just need to maintain my size and current conditioning. I have a baby girl due April 18th so I am sure thats going to be a big adjustment. I teach so I get out of school June 1st and things will slow down a bit for me. I also personal train on the side, afterschool and on the weekends. I stay extremely busy so I figure if I can hold on to what I got and make it a few months my prep will go relatively easy. I'm pretty sure Im going to do back to back shows, neither one of the are NQ but I'm not close to being able to stand on a big stage like that anyway. Pretty exciting times right now.
 
You look great. like nuk said just keep adding muscle. Staying leaner is what I have been doing and it is working out great for me. Gonna be a hell of alot easier dieting this time around. Hell I'm still 11% BF at 215 and still growing.

11% is awesome to sit at normally. I use to always sit at about the same % and stayed very lean and hard, but it's tougher the older ya get lol.
 
Staying lean and keeping my size through the next 3 months with the new baby coming is going to be tough. June 2nd school will be out and I can relax a little. Til then I'll just do tge best I can to keep the workouts consistent and eat as close to my usual diet as I can!

Damn bro, My wifes a Teacher to and she doesnt get out til the end of June, what do you teach?

And maybe with the baby coming it will be more of a blessing in disguise in temr sof keeping you lean and mean,lol. Cause you will be running around like a mad man,lol. Is this your first baby?
 
Haha presser! I have a 4 year old boy that does tgat now!! I teach outside of Dallas, but we go back middle of august.
