It kinda depends on where you (or your source) are located in the world. Organon is a great manufacturer and they offer several different dosage configurations.
About the Deca, as I said before, I always give it 5-6 weeks to clear. So if I run Deca for 18 weeks, then I'll run some form of testosterone at least 23-24 weeks. And I don't taper the dosage of the injectable testosterone. I keep it the same throughout. I will, however, taper with Andriol (testosterone undecanoate) while using clomid & nolvadex.
If my cycle is gonna last longer than 6 months, then I'll "cruise" with lower dosages for a few weeks to give my body a break and then jack it up again.
