Yeah. What I started doing was putting 2 tlbs in with my ground beef 2 times a day....so that is a extra 45 grams of fat and around 500 cal...well it did fill me out alot more...what I have not noticed is the small amount of fat I take in during the off season...I always thought protein and carbs is the way to go...well I talked to a guy and they told me that your musccles dont even need carbs (not shit loads)....your muscles are composed of fat and protein....
well LA the olive did work by filling me out and it made my muscles fill out real nice...but the heart burn killed me...I never had heart burn before but damn it is some powerful shit....
No but I did buy some the othe day. I just have not used them yet. I usually dont get the heart brn untill around 3 in the morning. and I dont get up and just toss and turn. maybe tonight I will get out of bed. LOL.
