better results with food

I've been leaning on protein supps less and less and eating more and more meat/dairy to get my 300 grams in per day.

Starting to see better results.

Anybody else concur??
 
I do.....I havent had protein shakes in awhile. I may put it in my 'diet' when I write up or whatever but I've been getting near 400 from food alone so I'm stickin to that...besides protein shakes shoot right thru me.....
 
i prefer whole food, but must rely on shakes during the day when no time to eat a real meal. and cooking six whole food meals a day sucks.
 
YES !!! food overall is better for grow and getting leaner...I normall only will use protein powder in the offseason...when im getting in more cals...but when leaning up for a show, in precontest mode...I use only whole foods for my protein...seems to lean you out faster and you hold onto muscle better
 
lol haha thats about it bro....eggs n oatmeal for breakfast, usually a steak or 12 oz of chicken breast for lunch then a workout and 3 to 4 more meals after that....since starting HIIT tho my appetite is thru the roof I've already finished a pan and a half of the chicken and all that beef
