As flex would say, im a creature of habit in the gym. I do things the way I have been doing them for 10 years. Its my comfort zone. My normal bicep day would consist of
Heavy DB or EZ curls for 6 reps, 4 sets
Heavy Machine Preachers for 6 reps 3 sets
Heavy Cable Curls for 6-8 reps 3 sets
High Pulley Single Arm Curls for 15 reps 3 sets
Switch up an exercise here or there, or do a drop set here or there, but this is my biceps workout for the most part. Last night I invited myself to two members of this board's bicep night. These guys are insane. Workout consisted of
High rep Barbell Curls 12-15 reps 3 sets
Single Arms Dumbell Preachers 45 (yes, forty five) reps per side 3 sets
Incline Dumbell Curls 15 reps 3 sets
Hammer Curls 15 reps 4 sets
Arms are slaughtered.. I still call bullshit how they both out-weighed me by at least 50lbs and still made me do the same weights.. Except for the 100lb hammers. Fuck that.
