Hey fellas. . What do you feel is the best way to get that tear drop really build up good and stand out? I've heard diff foot positioning on leg press and also high rep extension pointin or holding toes in or out etc. . I always do high rep leg extensions to warm up / pre exhaust then free weightsquats sometimes low rep sometimes high. . throw in hacks some , lunges/ step up, walking lunge just accordin, . . all just mixed up. . . but always my base is squatting of course. anyway i really want to make those tear drops bust out better. What you guys do????
