Hey fellas. . What do you feel is the best way to get that tear drop really build up good and stand out? I've heard diff foot positioning on leg press and also high rep extension pointin or holding toes in or out etc. . I always do high rep leg extensions to warm up / pre exhaust then free weightsquats sometimes low rep sometimes high. . throw in hacks some , lunges/ step up, walking lunge just accordin, . . all just mixed up. . . but always my base is squatting of course. anyway i really want to make those tear drops bust out better. What you guys do????
 
I like to do less weight on legs not much by higher reps to get that shredded look. I also like to do squats, machine leg press, dumbbell or kettle bell lunges. Usually all I do. I don't like leg extension because of the hyper tension it out on the front calve muscle and bone surrounding it. Just me though.
