I f I have one muscle I could really just get fckn huge it would be my calves. I have really gotten them to grow in just the last year or so. I tried everything. High reps, low reps, heavy weight and lighter weight. What has really helped me is just doing 2 exercises with 4 to 5 sets on each. But, with at least 12 to 20 reps with the heaviest weight I can handle for that many reps. Not to mention cardio has really helped my total leg devlopment. This has worked wonders for me. If you seen what my calves used to look like you would agree. Just out of curiosity, what do you feel works best for you calve development????????
