changing my PWO meal

so ive been trying something different lately

usually id just take 50 grams of whey post work out, but recently ive been taking 25 grams whey 1/2 hour before the end of my workout and then 6oz of chicken right after workout.

had been working well for me. anyone else do solid food PWO?
 
I usually eat a big meal pretty soon after my workout, because of the way I have to schedule my workout when I get home from work. I think it helps me with putting on weight.
 
i always do 40 grams whey at the gym right at the end, then i go straight home and eat 8 to 10 oz of meat and a cup of rice.
 
If I remember to take it with me I will eat chicken, but I don't always remember when I'm in a hurry to get in the gym and tear things up
 
Yeah MrPerfect it is good to start sipping on a shake during ur workout, and finish it up by the end. then a solid meal after
 
I ate nothing but solid food post workout for my precontest diet, but currently with my insulin use I have a massive shake with probably close to 150g of carbs and 80g of whey. Then 45 minutes later I have apple juice along with a bread, pasta, rice, etc along with a large portion of meat one hour after my workout.
