yeah Im trying to go heavy one week than next week a little lighter than heavy again and so on, instead of just heavy as possible for 10 reps each week
How long does that normally take to fully heal?
Tendons? almost a complete tear, and not resting it, but lifting heavy with it? who knows. I do know that any type of injury to a tendon takes months and months and months, bc the lack of blood supply they recieve. If I had babied it this whole time Im sure I would be closer to 100% healed soon but I dont want to wat 180 pounds and be fat at the same time so I have pushed myself. I wish I could get a follow up MRI just to see exactly how its doing
Even with good insurance i dont think they let ya get a followup MRI do they? Just curious cause i never got one for any of my injurys, lol, and if ur allowed i would love to get one to lol.
Don't you work in a hospital or in that area of work? I only ask because I'd think they'd be able to just sneek you in, but I don't know how that work

That is crazy heavy weight. I do my seated upright Hammer one arm at a time, but only go up to 2 45's and a 25 per side for 20. I don't train chest too heavy these days. I pre exhaust on the cables and pec fly before I do any pressing.
