Over the years there have been times where things get busy and you just can't make it to the gym. If there were to exercises that you did just to maintain muscle mass and upper body strength chin ups and dips would be it. These are two of the best exercises that you can do for your upper body without using any weights. Mater of fact if you only did these two exercises over the years you would look good and be strong. I worked in A Jail for several years and when the inmates lost their weights they were given chin bars and dip bars. Some of these guys got pretty big just doing these two exercises.
