Okay, someone correct me if I am wrong. You take clen for two weeks on and two off right? So if you start Monday at 20mcg by sunday you should be up to 140mcg if you can handle it. So for week 2 do you taper down or do you run it 140mcg for the rest of the week?? I have friends that do this. Let me know what you think. My legs are shit, my upper body is good. If you do cardio 4x40mnts in the am. and work out your legs twice a week isnt that over kill on your legs? I know your not bulking but should you then only do legs once a week?
