clen, cardio and legs ???

Okay, someone correct me if I am wrong. You take clen for two weeks on and two off right? So if you start Monday at 20mcg by sunday you should be up to 140mcg if you can handle it. So for week 2 do you taper down or do you run it 140mcg for the rest of the week?? I have friends that do this. Let me know what you think. My legs are shit, my upper body is good. If you do cardio 4x40mnts in the am. and work out your legs twice a week isnt that over kill on your legs? I know your not bulking but should you then only do legs once a week?
 
depends on your program my brother... one thing I would not suggest taking clen anywhere near workout...... Make sure your nutrition, vitamins, and rest are in PERFECT order or youll overtrain and inevitably fall in a hole of depression and binging and eventually comit suicide with the lack of self worth and no dignity........ J/k make sure you got everything in order before you step into a intense/advanced workout routine.
 
Most ppl overtrain b/c they arent eating properly. This is easily capable of happening exp when dieting down b/c your depriving your body of what it needs. I would talyor your workouts accordingly so that you dont begin to overtrain.

As for doing legs 2X wk every1 is different. You have to find out what works for you. Thats why you should keep a logbook, take pics, and a food journal to see how this progress and if there not why that is the case.
 
Elmo, stack some huge weight to your legs. You might be surprised how heavy you can go. Try to max out (everyweek) on the 45 degree sled and squat, just see how much you can do one time. You may be surprised. Most people have small legs because they don't want to push enough weight. Its much easier to max out on curls or bench than legs. Also there is cardio that doesn't use your legs. Keep in mind you walk on your legs all day so the need some serious stimulation to grow. I may be wrong, but this is usually the case with most people I meet.
 
more the 60% of the muscle mass in your body is in your LEGS... RACK THOSE WEIGHTS my brother... you want some anabolic stimulous and growth hormone releases put your entire body under extremely strenuous tension and see the new you. If you pussy out on your legs YOU WILL NEVER see the shape and form you can become.
 
I only lift weights with my legs once a week and they go up in strength every week so I must be doing something right. I do this wether I'm bulking, cutting or maintaining.

First off you want your legs to grow, forget about the leg press. You want to grow, do heavy squats ( and NOT using a smith machine), SLDL, and bar lunges. Your legs will grow. Doing leg curls wont do you any good for overall size.
 
Can't agree with not using the smith machine, I don't have a spotter and I'm not hitting my ass with over 400 lbs. on my back. Also 600lbs. on the 45 press makes my ass and legs hurt just fine.
 
thnx bros, what about my question on the Clen?? taper down week two or keep it the the 140mcg???
