The pre-workout amp I use has 5g creatine in it and I notice I get really nice pumps that help me push out more reps while going heavy - I was also taking creatine 8g after workout but all the sugar caused me to shit out most of it - I started sipping my 8g creatine during workout and I'm not shit'n water anymore - I'm assuming that means it's going where it's supposed to and not down the drain - anyone have a preference for when to take creatine ?
