Alright after lots of tweaking I have decided , to incorporate lifting movements from all angles on the muscle groups on the same day.
Because I dont think its worth doing say upper chest 1 week , middle chest next , and bottom chest the next week..
incline , flat , decline..
Why not do all 3 on each weeks exercise as long as im not over training , it will develop the muscles faster.
I plan on doing about 3 sets on each muscle group , heavy weight low reps.
Here is mondays workout , im going to check this workout out in a few was just wanting to post this up before I left for the gym.

DB incline overhead press , DB military press , DB reverse incline overhead press
DB incline press , DB flat press , DB decline press
DB front raises , DB side raises , DB rear flys
Weighted dips , skull crushers , tricep pushdowns
DB upright rows , DB shrugs.

I plan on maybe switching the skullcrushes to dumbell skullcrushers not sure. My idea is that I will train for dumbells on these exercises till I can do the biggest dumbells in the gym for my sets , which are I think 140's , maybe 120's im not sure I will make sure today.
Then switching to barbell movements.
