Curbing appetite while on diet

Have you ever thought of which meal periods you the the hungriest between? After you thought of that, why don't you just split a meal or two?
 
yes, it appears i'm generally hungriest between 7-10am and 10-1pm. I've started to bring hard-boiled eggs (eating just the whites) to work for the 10-1pm period and added a protein shake with my breakfast at 7am. We'll see how this goes.

1bigmus - I've really tried to eat salad, but it gets pretty ugly. Just pictures those people on fear factor eating that gross shit!!!

well of course i have to say this, but i don't like coffee either. lol!

one thing i'm surprised i didn't hear from anyone was taking caffeine. i thought someone say something like a diet fuel or something like that.

how many mcg's are you talking about? the labels i'm seeing call from 200 mcg's per day.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily, preferably with meals.

I bought myself some soy nuts to munch on in the afternoons. They are small so you don't need to eat much if you don't want to.
