Cutting Weight

Hey guys

So Im in my senior year of college cutting weight for the first time to make 197 lbs class for wrestling. I have cleaned up my diet big time Ill post it at the bottom and have been running nearly everyday. I have plateaued at 215 and cannot get it to budge. Any advice or tips would be apprecaited.

Workouts
Monday,Wed,Friday
Wrestle- 45mins
Lift- 1hr
Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday
Jog/Sprints 1 hr
I jog everynight for 45 mins except on saturday

Breakfast
2 eggs
2 egg whites
Two Pieces of whole wheat toast or oatmeal
Snack
Salad and a can of tuna or protein shake
Lunch
Chicken Sandwich
Salad
Fruit
Postworkout Snack
Protein Shake
Dinner
Chicken Breast
Pasta (Depending how late)
Nothing after my night runs but i cheat a lot due to terrible cravings when i do cheat its usually a pbj sandwich or half a chicken breast
 
how many calories are you eating a day? one of the things I would change is I would move your cardio run to the early AM before you eat anything. Are you using a HR monitor? you can break up your cardio into intervals so that you warm up for 5 -10 minutes then run hard for "reps" or intervals of 3 minutes with 3 minutes recovery, then cool down for 5 - 10 minutes, figure out how long you want to run for and how many intervals and rest periods you'll need. This workout can be done twice a week and you will drop weight with it if you stay consistent with your diet. A HR monitor would really help here because you'll be able to gauge your intensity and your recovery periods. Do you weigh in the day before matches or day of?
 
that's what I was thinking and that's why I asked if he competes the same day as the weigh in so he can rehydrate the day of the competition and not be too taxed...

What Presser means by a "stack" is an ECA stack, look into it if you're not familiar with it but essentially it's ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin, there's plenty of info on the board if you use the search
 
I would try some CLA
also your only eating 3 meals a day
you have to speed up your metabolism
eat about 6 small meals
i grow up wrestling so i know where your coming from, i do diets for my brother and his high school wrestling team
 
yeah I noticed that as well Supe but I was counting he salad and can of tuna snack as a meal which helps a little. BBanner try our suggestions and thenif you really need help you should enlist Supermannpc to help you with your diet the man knows his stuff better than anyone

Took your guys' advice worked in some CLA to my supps, changed around my cardio routine, and have been working in six meals a day. Im proud to say im down to 210 and am lookin pretty lean. 13 more pounds to go ill have to post some before and after shots when i get there, as i will have lost a total of 63 lbs when i reach 197.
