Cycle Day 1!!!!!!

So today iz the day!!!!! Start of my cycle...
I'll be running:
1-12 Test E 600mg
1-4 Test P 50 mg ed
1-9 Tren A 50 mg ed
9-14 Winny 50 mg ed
13-14 Test P 100 mg ed

First shot down..5 cc prop/.5 cc tren ace /1cc test e. I'll be injecting the test e every m/w/f instead of m/t since i'm injecting test p and tren ace ED already anyway. Looking to add some lean size about 10 lbs and lose a percent or two bodyfat with some solid and managable strength gains.

Diet
Meal 1
12 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana

Meal 2
2 8oz steak (this meal will alternate between 1 lb steak or 12 oz chicken breast)
1 cup rice

Workout

Pwo protein shake

Meal 3
12 oz chicken breast
1 cup rice

Meal 4
10 oz chicken breast
1 cup brocoli

Meal 5
12 oz tilapia
1 cup mixed veggies

Meal 6
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp olive oil

I'll be spreading a bit of olive oil over my chicken as well as veggies to get some added fats as well as snacking on unsalted peanuts, walnuts, almonds etc.....As the cycle progresses i'll begin to carb cycle 300/200/100/200/300...Off to the gym for chest I'll take some before pics when I get there and hopefully post them when I get back along with the workout....:thumbsup:
 
yea bro lol im hella hungry when I wake up so if i don eat at LEAST 12 egg whites then im hungry an hour later....oh the oatmeal is a must as well lol
 
12 eggwhites is nothing special, you should atleast be eating 10. quess some of yall need to train yourself how to eat.

I hate eggs, so I drink 12 egg whites every morning. I've been doing it for almost a year now and still haven't gotten sick. Knock on wood! I don't know why but oatmeal goes in and out of me way too fast, so I eat 1 cup of brown rice in the morning instead.
 
Keep us informed bro. Let me know how the prop goes at the end for ya'. I did it once and did pretty good with it but next time I think Im just gonna run the prop at the end and then run igf at the end.
 
do you guys just scramble them up? i have 10 eggs at night sometimes a dozen and i hate them. the whites are just too plain. I might start buying the pasteurized in the carton and drink the whites and eat the 2 or 3 whole eggs i have.

no prob swole....glad my egg consumption could be the topic of discussion lol. Just had my 4th meal. Worked chest today felt pretty good, stuck to my 30 sec reset time religiously no matter how heavy i went i just had a spotter who worked there follow me around...

Uploaded a few pics here i took before my workout....took a leg pic up close cause it doesnt really come out the other way....got a lot of work to do on this cycle. Not really looking to 'see' or 'feel' anything for at least 2 weekz.

^^ thnx norm....thats what 15 years of swimming'll do to ya i guess lol....just woke up awhile ago botu to down 15 egg whites instead of 12, feelin a bit more hungry this morning along with a cup of oatmeal and a banana then its off to class...My injection site is a tad sore nothing out of the ordinary...I'll be injecting again when I get back then I've got a back workout a little later on....
 
nice bro, since your going ED what are your inject sites going to be? Pics look good man big ol shoulders, legs dont look that small to me. keep hittin it hard man.

thnx bro altho shoulderz aint big enuff! want to add size to my traps, bring in my waist and add more width to my lats for that overall v taper....i'll be injecting glutes, delts, tris, lats, may try that ventrogluteal site, and possibly the bis if need be.....with those sites I hsould hit the same site again every 10 days or so....may include quads if i'm feelin up to it. so far the pain is non existant frm the prop when injecting with the tren and test e......a little change in the diet, got back from class n my gurl whipped me up another omelette cause she didnt think i had breakfast lol....huge ol omelette with a bunch of roast beef onions spinach etc damn that was good, had that along with 8 oz of pork and some corn....im full as fuk rite now about to hit the weights in exactly an hour and then come back and have some more pork n sweet potato then fish a little later on....

I swear it must b a MC CURSE or something lol.....I went from jus chillin on tha couch after a workout to feelin like Ive been hit by a truck and poppin Vitamin C pills along with Echinacea tea....I'm almost positive u can't get test flu 2 days in or can you? I feel fukin AWFUL and to make matters worst I have a canker sore on my tonsil that is makin it difficult as shit to eat...neway here'z tha back workout.

Rack Pulls 225*15/315*10/405*8
One arm dumbell rows 100*10*3 sets
Reverse wide grip pulldowns 150*15/180*12/200*10

All in all a good back workout....Don't expect any huge lifts until about 3 to 4 weeks in when everything will kick in full stream. HOpe this 'cold' or whatever it is doesnt get worst cause I can't afford to take time off from training or eating right now whether I'm on cycle or not.....
