Well today I felt good and got up to doing 85lb kickbacks for triceps on my last set. Was able to do them for 10 good reps and good form. Next week Im going to go for the 100's and get it on video. :show:

That's insane if we are using mildly similiar form. I would have a hard time with one arm behind the neck tricep extensions with an 85lb dumbell if I could even do it!

Agreed. I did 60lbs today (overhead dumbel extension) for 8, might be able to pull off a 1 with 85 lol!
As for the kick backs, I do them so seldomly, so when I actually do them the max weight I use is between 20-30lbs--it's the last excercise of the day. I think the last time I did them all I needed was 20 to get the job done lol
80 pounds, are you fucking kidding!! Not that I don't believe it, but that weight is just plain stupid
My joints are so fucked 25 lbs leaves me cringing and here you are no issues at 80lbs LOL, congrats man, i believe ya 100% but I still wanna see the video too, please post it up.
