Diuretics...

I got a buddy of mine on a natural diuretic instead of buying a specific pil for his diuretic. He's tried many, but said he loves this instead. Has anyone else tried a natural diuretic instead of a pill? The natural that I've got him on is 1500mg of caffeine, 500mg Vitamin C, 250mg Vitamin B6

Lasix is the best one out there. Period. But the cramps and feeling like shit really suck.

The best thing is that there aren't any sides to this natural diuretic. When I was taking it, I would sweat my ass off at night, I was dry as hell, but it sucked to be out somewhere and have to use the bathroom after every teaspoon of liquid you drink
