Arginine? Ive took it in the past. . some my gym buddies swear bu it and more vasular. . but only way im really vascular is when im really lean of course! haha then im vascular sleeping. I got some Arginine in the cabinet still 1000mg per cap just curious if u guys take it and how much?

It's in my bcaa so I get it that way, but that's the only way I've ever taken it

ive been taking it for alittle while now, id say six months at 10g/d. morning and before bed. honestly i think im going to stop taking it. i dont see a diffrence in vascularity. only time my veins pop really good is when my carbs are up. idk we will see
