i agree with einstein on this one i used to do humlalin R slin which stays in the body,for quite a while longer ,so you really had to be disaplined for a lot of hours ,but once i started useing humalog it was a big difference ,i only had to stay awake and disaplined for 5hrs it is in the lit. that it goes out of the body faster but for me it takes 5hrs and then i feel it has cleared my body,so i agree with einstein on this one its safer to figure a whole 5 hrs.before its really safe ,also when i do it my appetite increase drasticlly during the time its in my body ,in fact i would say i am almost eating non stopwhile the slin is in me,it is a little difficult to get humalog cause in a lot of states you need a priscription to get it ,but check out the international pharmacies ,some of them will send it to you without prescription(of course you got to be carefull who you use cause some might scamm you)if you do insulin it is a good idea to buy the sugar pills thAT they sell in the drugstores for diabetics just in case you start going hypo and you cant get to food ,i usually carry a candy bar or i like to carry ensure plus with me ,it has a high sugar content ,and contains protine also ,the main thing is eat every few hrs ,i eat every two hrs ,after the initale injection of an immediate carb protine drink followed by a meal one hr later ,then i eat every two hrs.start low dose and read up on the symptoms of goin hypo,you will know when that happens cause you will start feeling shakey and irratable and start sweating among a few other symptons ,but if you eat evry few hrs ,it should not bother you ,i myself go by feel since i been doing it so long and you will get better results if you do it with a cycle ,hgh,igf-1,i also only do one shot in the morning ,but some bros do two or three a day ,but these are experienced BB ,slin is one of the drugs that have pushed the pros into the high weight ranges,in fact i am writing this while i am training my lats and between the igf-1 and the slin i almost can not move my arms ,cause of the extreme pumps you get with these product
