What do you do when you have to travel for work and don't have access to your normal food? That was tricky for me when I went to a tradeshow at the beginning of March for a few days. I brought my protein powder for shakes with me that time. The last business trip I went on before that, I was lucky that I was able to just buy protein at a local grocery store since we were in a rural location. This last trip, I ate out a lot more.

usually a lot of eating out, and unfortunately, fast food for me

A lot of eating out for me too. I try to keep it within reason, but I don't travel for work so if I'm traveling it usually means I'm on vacation and I am more lenient on what I eat.

Hey you can't be perfect all the time......

Same thing for me when I travel. I generally try to stay as clean as possible, but i eat out a lot as it is. Today for lunch I ate at Arbys - grilled chicken salad, a giant roast beef sandwich, and a water. I ate half of the bread on my sandwich, all of the roast beef, and all of the salad. And I know my diet habits have to change...just not sure where to start.

Honestly If im not dieting for a show or anything I just eat out and enjoy the food...I still eat good, but I will have grilled chicken or a nice steak with potatoe or rice...But, if I was dieting for a show, I just go to places I know that will serve me good diet food...
