Eggnog for bulking?

Anyone here drink eggnog? I've never had it, but I hear it's high in calories. Probably not part of any clean diet, but hey...it's Christmas!

Make sure you get the homemade kind with booze...even if you don't gain weight you'll at least have a good time. lol.

Seriously though...I think there are better things you can consume for weight gain. I can only drink a little bit of the stuff before feeling queesy from the sugar/richness of it.

I love this shit and could drink it year round. I can't find many people that like it as much as I do so anytime I get it, I normally end up drinking the whole half gallon by myself

Well, I tried it with a healthy dose of rum...and I thought it was horrible. I finished one decent sized glass and that was all for me. Just not a flavor I enjoy.
