Eq & HUNGER!

Im 3/4 through the 4th week my cycle of Test @ 600 and Eq @ 400 and have not noticed much gains. However the last two days I have had the urge to eat everything in sight. Its PAINFUL I tell you. Almost like I have no control over myself. Does this mean that the Eq is starting to roll? I mean, today I actually broke a $5 bill in a vending machine at work for a pack of peanuts, well, no, make that 3 packs of peanuts and a bag of pretzels. I had to take the rest of the quarters out to my truck becuase I was thinking of eating them. I just got done eating over 1lb of cottage cheese. What in the hell is going on? Im thinking NOW is the time to toss in a little T3!!! But seriously, when are the mass gains going to start rolling in? Almost of week 5 and thinking this cycle is too weak.
 
600+ EQ per week is the lowest i would do. the difference between 400 and 600 is amazing. but give it all some time bro, it seems you are OVERANALYZING every little thing here. eat like a mother fucker and train hard as hell and get out of the gym and rest. aside fom being consistent(thanks Big A) these are the most important things, not the drugs.

yeah bro, Flex's advice is dead on... 5 weeks isn't that long and I wouldn't do less than 600mg of EQ myself but you'll start to notice the gains especially since the hunger just kicked in
 
itl take AT LEAST 4-5 weeks to START gains on EQ my man... what u do is simple and known on this board for its excellence... EAT LIKE AN ANIMAL!!!!
 
Don't bump up to 600. Stay where you are with 400 and see what you get. It's early and your hunger is a good indication of good things to come.

It's agreed 600 is much better but it's too late.
 
The guys are right on the money, but I want to add one thing. If you are hungry eat more productive than peanuts and pretzels. No flame intended, but Eq is not going to make you grow, food is what gives you gains. The gear only helps utilize what you put into your body. 1lb of cottage cheese isn't all that bad, but what about 4-6oz of chicken breast and 4-6oz of cottage cheese, or mix tuna in your cottage cheese, chicken and brown rice, chicken and brocolli, a whey shake in H20 with tuna on the side, you get the idea.

this is great advice! I was ready to say something about your bird like meals butmace beat me to it. as for it being to late yeah see what u get with 400 and more isnt better, i have used Eq on many cycles but may have to switch back to deca if i still get unresponsive like i want at 6-800mg a week. eat clean and often, and drink plenty of water. i hate eq for the hunger it gives me it makes it very difficult to eat clean. I remember talking to flex on the phone while i ate 2 large pizza's and a gallon of milk i was so damn hungy..lol
 
If I may, I think perhaps all he had access to was the machine? I'm sure he would've ran to the king to pick up a double whopper if he had the chance. Am I right Southern?

I know sometimes all I can get to is the machine here at work because I'm swamped. Not a peanut or cashew fan, but it's that or a baby ruth.

yeah i know how that works its hard enough to eat when your starving and the vending machine is your best friend.
