I found my favorite cereal. Captain Crunch peanut butter. My 3 year old gave me a bite of hers, then I ate the whole box. She's pissed at daddy right now.

i love capt crunch. but i cant keep it in the house while dieting. i'll get hungry and destrou a box.
lucky charms, cookie crisp, cocoa puffs and many others also must stay beyond my grasp.

Raisin Bran and Capt Crunch w/crunch berries. I can and will destroy a whole box with a half gallon of skim milk. BTW... eating a whole box of raisin bran in one sitting isn't recommended. I've done it, and the aftermath wasn't pretty. lol
