Finally had to change Monday at the Gym

Im over everyone and there mom doing chest on Mondays so Now The Pull Factory is where it is at mondays!!!:sport:
 
yeah its tough especialy when theirs only two flat benches in the gym and everyone wants to use it at the same time,lol
 
I used to do chest on Mondays, back Tuesday, shoulders Thursday and legs Friday, but now I do legs Monday and I love it. I've always been an advocate for doing your weakest muscle on Monday because you're fresh and you'll almost always get a better workout since you're rested from the weekend and starting fresh. My chest has been growing nicely so I decided to put legs first since I'm just getting back into training them and so far, I love it, except that I have a hard time walking at work Tuesday, Wednesday and sometimes Thursday lol
 
well at this gym its chest central monday than as the week goes on the amount of people get cut in half per day
 
Chest and arms are the most important to MANY guys. I don't understand why chest and not shoulders, but that's just how it is.
 
Yea, but I'd personally rather be wider (shoulders) than have no shoulders and a bigger chest, but I guess that's why I don't only train chest and arms
 
That is the god darn truth. Any more I been living under the smith machine, none seem to go near it. Good enough for me!

Our smith machine is so fucked up I stay away from it. I know most of them are supposed to be like 25#, but ours seems like it's 100#. It's not as smooth as others, but then again it's old as hell too

Same here, we have two, one is on a pole/cable system that is almost self spotting, really helps when going for a super set! The other one is an ancient piece that was left over from the Mayan Indians, I wouldn't be shocked if it even played a small role in constructing the pyramids. This thing is old but works well.

Yea, ours is probably the other one used to help with the pyramids. This fucker is beat to shit and back, but still usable. I just don't know what exactly it weighs so I try to stick to barbells since I know they are 45#
 
some smiths need to get oiled every 3 months on the inside components or that happens, it happens with ours sometimes

On my home smith set-up, I greased the whole pole, it's tits. But can't do that in the gym, would be to much of a mess.

the more basic ones just need the poles done, the more advanced ones have internals
