I finally had a good bench day. I've been off for almost 6 months now, and have been do the dc training routine. ITs been very fustraiting because every time i went to do flat bench.... I had to record a lower number.
But saturday..... I kicked ass. FINALLY!!
It has a lot to do with damaged tendons/ lig in the shoulders. Usually when i get up there in the weight, I have to bring the bar down very slow... cause it feels like my chest is going to rip in half.
I took out heavy military/ bar and dumbells. Only hitting shoulders light really.
i do feel that dc training has helped me recover. Instead of high volume with a lot of weight. I just warm up now and do that 1 big set.... ITs a lot less stress on the joints/lig/tends.
Another big help is IGF. I've been using about 80ius per day. I seriously doubt id be this far into recovery without it.
