I finally had a good bench day. I've been off for almost 6 months now, and have been do the dc training routine. ITs been very fustraiting because every time i went to do flat bench.... I had to record a lower number.

But saturday..... I kicked ass. FINALLY!!

It has a lot to do with damaged tendons/ lig in the shoulders. Usually when i get up there in the weight, I have to bring the bar down very slow... cause it feels like my chest is going to rip in half.

I took out heavy military/ bar and dumbells. Only hitting shoulders light really.

i do feel that dc training has helped me recover. Instead of high volume with a lot of weight. I just warm up now and do that 1 big set.... ITs a lot less stress on the joints/lig/tends.

Another big help is IGF. I've been using about 80ius per day. I seriously doubt id be this far into recovery without it.

DC method works for 90% of the ppl who try it and most never go back once they see how easy it is to use and how fast they respond to it.

IGF has great benefits and it's use's and applications are grossly underestimated..

I am happy to hear your back on track.. quality takes time.. Congrats to you.

I have a real screwed up shoulder and it is hard for me to do barbell bench. I try to stick with Dumbells, but my gym only goes up to 120lbs dumbells. I really want to get back to barbell bench some. I have heard numerous people say IGF has helped tendons.

I dont know the proper name for the injured area. But its the front shoulder and chest area. I've had sharp pains/ loss of motion in the shoulder ever since i got off my last cycle.

anyway, its a hard area to hit.

but as Presser asked did you apply IGF to the area? I had several problems in both anterior and medial delts and applied several cycles of IGF to both areas on both sides and my delts are one of my strongest features now

I applied IGF to the shoulder region. i've hit all 3 heads, and its not nessisarly where the injury is.

Congratulations! It's always good to be back in the game, isn't it?

I had to lay off barbell bench for about a year once because of my sholder. I used other machines for that time. I slowly tried it again and could do barbell. I also
believe the IGF really helps rocovery.

HGH and DECA for for cartlidge and Tendon strength. Have not yet tried IGF but studies are showing that it may have a positive effect on tendons strength (carpel tunnel syndrom case study, I'll see if I can find it to post)

it definatly helps tendons and cartlidge, i know this for a fact personaly

yup, same here... I blew out my ankle really bad and had a really long, hard road of recovery ahead of me but with IGF it sped it up and I bounced back and ran a marathon 7 weeks later

Did you focus on applying to the ankle, or was this this a general effect from applications elsewhere?

ouch! that sounds like it would hurt. I dont advise this.... but i did have tendonitise on time in the forearm. Despite what everyone said, i applied it right in the region. 6 weaks later, pain was gone permanatley.

I applied it to my calf of the injured ankle but most of my applications were in the quad. I also had shoulder problems all the time until I did and entire cycle and applied it to my delts everyday twice a day for 5 weeks. My delts are awesome now even when I miss training for a while or I've been sick and make a comeback my delts are one of my best features now.

I was actually thinking forearm as one of the areas. My left forearm/interior elbow is so messed up, my wife would (in all honesty) beat me in armwrestling. To make it even worse, I am left hand dominant.

i would stay away from forearms unless you have a VERY accurate understanding of anatomy and nerves, ligs, tendons etc... it would be a very tricky place to apply

Ok, maybe I'll just rub on bi's/tri's and hope for the "trickle down" effect you experienced. Thanks

that's exactly how it works, I've even had a really sore neck for a few days and applied it to my trap and felt better within hours, it may be partly pyshcosematic but who cares

It's actually not that bad. Diabetics use insulin on their forearms all the time. A colleague of mine did this with his insulin. It's really only the blood vessels you have to watch out for.
