what do you guys eat first thing in the morning ??

why do you perfer it over other options?


i usually mix in my oats with whey protein in a giant shaker cup and drink up
 
if im running late like today frosted wheats, if I have time eggs

This is what I do too. 2 cups of whey and roughly a cup of quick oats. I normally just end up eating soggy oats, but it's not bad.
 
6 eggs whole, oats, heavy shake OED to avoid me getting sick of it. Or Cinnamon bagel toasted w/cream cheese,with cottage cheese and protein bar.

I'll eat all morning long, every few hrs.

Cinnamon bagels are the best, there's a place around here that makes them fresh every morning, I have to fight myself from buying 2 or 3 everyday I stop by the shop

The sec I smell one it's all over from there, my game face goes on and I start kicking as and taking names later. I can't wait till morn.:pirate:
 
Cardio days it my drugs, ECA, and 20g BCAA. then 5 whole eggs, 5 egg whites, and 2 cups grits. Otherwise if I'm training it's 3/4 cup brown rice, 6oz of whatever protein is cooked and preworkout drink.

You eat rice in the morning. I know weve talked. I wish I had your apetite. I just cant eat. I must force feed myself. I need the opposite of a lap-band, lol.
I am trying to increase my calories by using fats.

Bro, I eat just about anything for a first meal, even full size dinner type style dishes. No joke. If you want some tips on getting that appetite up, let me know. I have some simple things I do to push above that level.
 
5 whole eggs, either with nothing. or with 1/2 cup of oats...if im eating carbs...with it
 
2 scoops of syntha-6 mixed with water, 2 slices of whole grain cinnamon raisin toast, some eggs if i have time...
