I have been out of the gym regularly since May 2010, just before my son was born in June 2010. Since then its been a rough road to get back in the gym on a regular basis again due to several personal issues. I have been back for the last 2 weeks but need some advise to help me see quicker results to stay motivated... so here is what I have been up too, please feel free to add your thoughts on what I should be doing...

Im not using any aas right now, I think it should come later.. I have been working out 3 days a week and running 2 miles 3 days a week. Im running to try and burn off the little gut I have earned from a poor diet...

I bought a thing of Jack3d and been using it before going to the gym and 2 scoops have been great. I have 5 things of MC IGF-1 that are unused as of yet and I have been considering doing a test e/dbol cycle again with the IGF..

I'm currently 36yrs old, 6'1", 195lbs and guessing 25% bf. My goal is to flatten out my gut and get fit...Prior to my son being born I was up to 235lbs and looking good but carried water bloat..I admire you guys who are in contest condition but at 36yrs old I dont think its a reality for me to get to that point...

You can get to contest shape bro, it's never too late, you just gotta want it. The cycle your talking about would be good to start back off with, I'd throw some deca in there with.
