SUCKS! And did I mention difficult for someone who works 14 hours a day? You take for granted those 2 shakes a day that had 50g a pop. Right now my protein is coming from egg whites, chicken breast, steak, low sodium turkey breast (deli sliced) and the little bit that's in oats. I cut almonds out because I noticed I would bloat up within an hour after eating them. Need suggestions por favor!
