I want to but just a bit paranoid that it will hurt. How much did u apply to your lats.
I used 30 mug in each. The application wasnt bad, it did feel kinda weird tho, like I had rubbed the muscle. It was a lil sore afterwards but after my first set of pullups it was fine. Normally on hammer machine low row I can rep out 320 a good 8 or 9 times, got 410 for a solid 12 today, and this was after rack pulls, bb row, pull ups, pulldowns, best workout in a long while.
