So we got hit with more snow and ice last night and I was running behind this morning because of it. I made it to the gym and did a chest workout (incline barbell, flat dumbbell presses, incline dumbbells flyers and pushups) with 2 sets of rope triceps pushdowns. I did it in like 20-25 minutes and did 3 sets of everything except the triceps exercise. Afterward I was wondering was it even worth doing a half ass workout. What do you guys think? If you can get it in and get a pump is it worth it or would you be better off just skipping the day? I think something is always better than nothing, but I feel very unsatisfied with it. Thats just me, I guess I want to kill it every workout, but at least I made it.
