Howdy from South Carolina,
I'm a newbie, introduced to this site by my buddy here in Columbia. I've already ordered and I'm on my first cycle of IGF. JUST STARTED TODAY!
Here's my stats and we shall see how they improve. I'm 34, 5'9' and 230lbs. Waaaaaaay too much body fat on a muscular frame. I blame my 4 kids......nothing but corn dogs and cookies around the house.
I'm looking to burn the fat off and get my pump back on so my first IGF cycle will help that process.
Being a newbie, my first question is should I apply the IGF directly to the areas in which I want the most results? Such as my gut for lean abs? Or should I apply directly into a muscle?

I gotta get back into fighting form because I'm a Leadsinger/DJ and I don't like what I see in the mirror now a days. I miss my six pack....ready to get it back!
