Help... how do you reduce the final bits of fat

I have been leaning out pretty well over the last 8 weeks. Only from diet and pushing heavy weight - have done no cardio.

have gone from 226 to 208. but now i beleive i am starting to lose to much size..

my last roll of fat isnt moving as fast as i like it but i am looking too flat.


what do you guys suggest i could do to help keep my muscle while i continue to lose that last bit of fat? ..

Would increasing my calories a little and include some cardio help?
Should i increase my protein intake? currently about 200gms day (all from food no supplements)

I know some test will help, but i dont plan on cycling for another month.

any help would be appreciated
 
Definatly up your protien to maybe a couple shakes a day, otherwise you will maybe lose some muscle if your already shredded everywhere else, but its tough to say without actualy seeing you. And I would say cardio is a must for that last bit of fat, the tire around the waist is always the last bit to go, which im assuming is where ur talking about correct?

And as you know if u added the test, u would have nothing to worry about as you could do alot more dieting and cardio while sparing the muscle easily,
 
yeah pretty much the tire of fat left... just cant get my lower abs to "pop" if u know what i mean.
ill try throw in some shakes n do more hill walking on the treadmill... its just hard to find the extra 30mins a day ontop of the usual training.
